Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Shifu Intel, a business dashboard and public booking platform for session-based solopreneurs. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Shifu Intel is currently an independently operated, solo project and is not yet incorporated as a registered company; these terms are entered into with the individual operating Shifu Intel.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the client data you store in Shifu Intel about your own clients. You confirm you have the right to store that data and, where required by law or professional obligation in your field, appropriate consent from your clients to do so.

Plans and billing

Shifu Intel offers a Free plan (up to 250 active clients, with “Powered by Shifu” branding on your public booking page), Pro Monthly ($29/month), and Pro Annual ($299/year). No trial or credit card is required to start on the Free plan, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When a client pays you by card through Shifu, we collect a platform fee on that payment — 8% on the Free plan, 4% on Pro Monthly, 2% on Pro Annual. This fee only applies to card payments processed through Shifu; payments you collect via your own payment link or in person are never subject to it.

Your public booking page

Publishing a business profile makes your services, availability, and reviews visible to anyone with the link, and allows guests to book sessions and submit reviews without creating an account. You're solely responsible for the services you offer, the sessions you deliver, and any dealings with your clients — Shifu Intel is not a party to the relationship between you and the people who book with you.

Reviews and guest content

Guests may submit reviews on your public page. Reviews are held for your approval before they're shown publicly, and you can reject or delete reviews on your own page. We may remove content anywhere on Shifu Intel that violates these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing use of the platform.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access to the service.
• No impersonating another business or submitting fake reviews.
• Comply with any licensing or professional-conduct rules that apply to your profession.

Ownership

We own the Shifu Intel platform and its software. You own your business content and client data — if you close your account, you can request an export or deletion of your data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Shifu Intel is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Shifu Intel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Shifu Intel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Shifu Intel grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
